Listen first
Your history is evidence, not background noise. The work begins with the details that have too often been separated.
About Radhia
Radhia's work begins by listening closely, holding the whole picture, and resisting easy answers when the evidence points somewhere more complicated.

A career of inquiry
For more than thirty years, Radhia has worked across clinical nutrition, teaching, research, writing, interviews, and individual consultation. Those roles are not separate identities. They are different expressions of the same habit: pay attention, connect the evidence, and keep learning.
Her practice is for people whose health story has accumulated in pieces. Rather than centering one symptom, one test, or one protocol, she considers history, daily life, available laboratory information, and the relationships among them.
Radhia is also an author and educator. For now, that work lives here within About, Insights, and Media—not on a separate author site. A dedicated Books & Writing section can grow naturally when there is current work to feature.
“Look for patterns, not isolated symptoms.”
How she works
Your history is evidence, not background noise. The work begins with the details that have too often been separated.
Symptoms, habits, stressors, and available labs are considered together so patterns can become more legible.
The goal is not an endless list. It is an organized set of priorities you can understand and discuss.
