The Health Detective · Comprehensive Holistic Health Assessment

Your health leaves clues. The Health Detective connects them.

For people with multiple symptoms, confusing or conflicting lab results, or a health history that has never been considered as a whole. The assessment looks for patterns and connections across your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and available laboratory findings, then organizes those findings into clear priorities and an individualized action plan.

Six connected foundations

The Six Pillars of Health

Six interconnected pillars help shape how your body functions. When one area is under strain, the effects can reach across the entire system.

  1. Digestion
  2. Absorption
  3. Utilization
  4. Elimination
  5. Genetics & Genomics
  6. Stress
The Health Detective looks for connections among all six pillars and helps identify where attention may be needed first.

Who this is for

  • Multiple symptoms that have each been examined separately
  • Labs that come back “normal” or contradict one another
  • Fatigue, digestive, hormonal, inflammatory, or metabolic concerns that overlap
  • Anyone looking for a clearer understanding of how the pieces of their health story may connect.

What this is not

  • Not a diagnosis, medical treatment, or replacement for your physician
  • Not a one-size-fits-all protocol or supplement program.
  • Not a promise to cure, reverse, or treat any condition
  • Not a quick quiz or automated report. Each assessment is individually reviewed by Radhia.

The process

What happens, step by step

1

Complete the intake

A detailed questionnaire covering history, symptoms, medications, supplements, diet, digestion, hormones, stress, and sleep. Set aside 35–45 quiet minutes.

2

Share what you have

Recent lab reports, medication and supplement information, and imaging summaries if you have them. Nothing extra to order first.

3

Radhia connects the clues

An integrated evaluation of patterns and possible contributing factors across your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and available labs.

4

Review it together

You receive the written assessment, ranked priorities, and an individualized action plan, followed by a private consultation to review the findings together.

Before you begin

Bring what you have

The intake works best when your materials are at hand. Gather what you can—missing pieces are fine.

  • Current medication list
  • Current supplement list
  • Recent laboratory reports
  • Recent imaging studies, if applicable
  • 35–45 minutes of uninterrupted time

Questions

Common questions

No. The assessment begins with what you already have. If additional laboratory testing may be useful, that can become part of your individualized recommendations.
